Seniors, the Mansfield Multi-Scholarship Application is now open. Applications are due February 26, 2016.

2015 Multi-Scholarship Application
 

Are you attending college in Austin, College Station, or Denton, Texas? Would you like a $2,500/year scholarship to assist with housing cost? Texas Student Housing is offering Texas High School and Texas community college graduates off-campus housing scholarships. These scholarships are open o students accepted to or attending that have NOT signed off campus housing leases with a TSH facility managed by Asset Campus Housing.

Baylor College of Dentistry recently opened up their application to their summer program. If you are interested in dentistry, health profession or science then you should consider this opportunity. You will get a stipend and additional test prep for the PSAT or SAT. This camp is open to students currently in 9th to 12th grades. Please visit The GO Center for more information. 

Applications are due:

Current 12th graders- February 26, 2016
Current 11th graders - February 5, 2016
Current 9th & 10th graders- March 11, 2016

Students here is another FREE Summer Camp to apply to!

Qualifications:

• Grade level - must be an incoming high school senior in the fall of 2016
• Academic Performance - student's high school counselor will need to submit an internal form regarding student's academic performance. Students will also be asked to self-report ACT/SAT test scores.
• Community Involvement - must be an active member of the community and involved in extracurricular activities
• Leadership - must have a proven desire to be a leader
  
  

Students should apply at www.camplead.ttu.edu.
Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016.

Students, if you are considering going to UTA, please take a moment to look at the Terry Scholarship!

The Terry Scholarship (freshman) provides four-year scholarships for Texas residents. Taking into account other scholarships and grants, the Terry Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition, fees, books, and on-campus living expenses. It also provides an additional stipend to support study abroad.

Dates to keep in mind regarding this scholarship:
Apply to UTA by November 1
Admitted to UTA by December 15
Completed Scholarship Application by February 1
Completed FAFSA by March 1

Seniors, here are some more scholarship opportunities available!

The Bridge Foundation Scholarship
A $1,000 aware will be given to each of the ten eligible applicants with the highest overall application scores.

Eligibility:

•  Must be accepted to a 4 year college or university
• Must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Must be an African American U.S. citizen living in the DFW metroplex
