Texas Exes Scholarship

 

Applicants can apply even if they have not yet been admitted to The University of Texas at Austin. All applicants will automatically be considered for the Chapter and Named Scholarships for which they qualify—no further action is needed.

Students, please keep in mind when you submit the scholarship application via ApplyTexas, you CANNOT make any changes or alter it.

Students, if you are considering going to UTA, please take a moment to look at the Terry Scholarship!

The Terry Scholarship (freshman) provides four-year scholarships for Texas residents. Taking into account other scholarships and grants, the Terry Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition, fees, books, and on-campus living expenses. It also provides an additional stipend to support study abroad.

Dates to keep in mind regarding this scholarship:
Apply to UTA by November 1
Admitted to UTA by December 15
Completed Scholarship Application by February 1
Completed FAFSA by March 1

The Bridge Foundation Scholarship
A $1,000 aware will be given to each of the ten eligible applicants with the highest overall application scores.

Eligibility:

•  Must be accepted to a 4 year college or university
• Must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Must be an African American U.S. citizen living in the DFW metroplex

Applications are due May 1, 2015

Tarrant County Insurance Professionals Scholarship

• Award: $1,000/year
• Must rank in the top third of your high school class
• You must meet the entrance requirements of the college of your choice
• You must be a Business or Business Related major continuing as a full time student in a Texas college/university
• Complete the application, which includes a recent transcript, letter of recommendation from 2 reference, and a resume.
• Deadline: April 15

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation is proud to announce the 2015 Great Communicator Debate Series. The Great Communicator Debate Series is designed to develop proactive, informed, educated, and conscientious citizens and leaders by hosting a national series of high school debates.
